Bigfoot bites case study

The Bigfoot bites restaurant started as a food truck. The restaurant in Lebanon also has live music. There was a restaurant in the Albany mall. the video on YouTube show a customer trying to eat his meal in twenty minutes. The Bigfoot bites restaurant has what they call the Sasquatch challenge. This meal is a burger with two 1 pound beef patties, almost a pound of bacon, Swiss cheese, Cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and served on 3 Brioche buns! You have twenty minutes to finish it along with almost a pound of delicious Killer Tots and a 32 ounce ice less drink to win the challenge! If you succeed, the meal is free and you get to walk away with an "I ate the Sasquatch" T-Shirt. When the owner opened the Lebanon restaurant he gave everyone who helped him paint the building a free burger a week for as long as the come to the restaurant to eat. The Lebanon Restaurant also has outdoor dinning. They also have unique names for the burgers. The Lebanon Restaurant will also deliver meals to you.They use munchysdelivery to deliver the meals. You can order your meals online.

Sizzlers Restaurant according to people on face book.
People complained about hair in the food. Not getting the food they ordered. Not having enough choices on the salad bar for what is charged. Some of the customer are very happy with the food and services that Sizzlers offers. Some of the customers are upset that restaurants in their area have closed and want them back.
Sizzlers has real cook made to order entrees. No microwave stuff. Sizzlers sells real food.
If I was the manager at the locations where the service was so great. I would try to make it right with my customers and then I would go to my employees and find out what the issue are. If needed I would discipline employees or give them more training. Hair in your food is not acceptable. Giving customers something other than what they ordered is also not acceptable.

week one assignment

Topic one

What prompted me to enroll in this class was that it is required for my degree. I would like to have my own business.
My major is accounting. I want to have an office job and get out of hard labor. I want to have more job opportunities.
I am not sure what is most interesting to me in this class.
Outside of school and work I enjoy hiking with my dog. I also like to sing with the Lebanon community choir. We have two concerts a year. The money we make from the concerts go to help music programs in our local public schools.

Topic two

I like the good feet arch supports. I have flat feet and for years I would feel something ripping in the bottom of my feet when I walk. Now that I am using the good feet arch supports I no longer feel the ripping in the bottom of my feet.
They have a different arch supports to for different needs and lifestyles. Now they even have arch supports for children. They offer a true life time warranty. If your arch supports fail for any reason they will replace them for free. I have had mine replaced twice at no cost to me.
The online article states that the supports help strengthen the mussels in your feet. It also states the it helps improve your balance. It also states that it helps with body alignment.
I think it is good that they now make arch supports for children. Children with flat feet can benefit from these arch supports. I wish they would have been available when I was a child.
The one new thing I see is that they have supports for children now.
The one thing I see wrong about the online article is that they do not mention the warranty. People want to know that if something is not working for them of if it fails for what ever reason they can get their money back. Also offering the warranty shows that the company truly believes in the product.
